Bailey International Golf Consultancy is BIG in name and in experience. Founded in 2020, BIG has been specifically created to deliver its’ clients the best in golf consultation, calling on years of experience from a wide range of industry sectors.

With degrees in Golf Management and Sport Management, paired with over 14 years’ sports industry experience, BIG Founder Lloyd Bailey has vast amounts of experience and knowledge of the golf world, both professional and amateur, including consulting on major events such as the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship, management of European Tour professional golfers, Event Director for European Senior Tour events, corporate sponsorships, contract negotiations, golf course design, brand positioning and marketing strategy.

Overseeing a number of player wins including the Senior Open Championship presented by Rolex, collaborating on everything from accountancy to sponsorship, logistics booking, equipment contract negotiations and personal brand creation.

Engaged by Consilium Sports Group to assist them with a new and exciting project Bailey International Golf Consultants were part of the development and promotional team behind Life on the Links, a new multi platform global media project.

The brainchild of Jim Kreutzer and Maryilene Blondell, co-founders of Sheridan Road Productions, who had previously brought the world ‘Tommy’s Honour’ an award winning film detailing the remarkable lives of and relationship between pioneering Scottish golf champions Old Tom Morris and Young Tom Morris.

Life on the Links is a golf lifestyle and chat show developed by Sheridan Road Productions for the CBS Network. Part history lesson during a round of golf, a truly brand new and unique concept for golf.

VPAR Golf Days

VPAR is the market leading technology platform changing the golfer’s experience, both on and off the course. They started their journey over 10 years ago and pioneered a ground-breaking Live Scoring system. For the first time, amateurs had the ability to see where they stand on a live leaderboard. Today, they are much more. Their performance tracking app for golfers connects players both on and off the course.

VPAR enhance the tournament experience, creating excitement and giving players access to real-time information they’ve never had before, directly from their phones! They now know which club to use, what shot to play and when a 12 ft putt really matters.

During 2021 Bailey International Golf Consultants Ltd had the pleasure of working with one of its partners, VPAR, on several of its Golf Days as it provided world class golf scoring solutions for its clients including charities, corporate industry and commercial groups, at some of the UK’s leading golf destinations which included Woburn and Luton Hoo.

JCB Rose Ladies Series

In April 2020, Bailey International Golf Consultants were engaged as part of the lead organising team, to deliver the seventh event of the hugely successful Rose Ladies Series at JCB Golf & Country Club, officially the ‘Best New Course’ in the 2020 National Club Golfer Top 100.

Having hosted the inaugural event without spectators due to Covid-19 protocols in 2020, spectators were invited, through a ticketing purchasing platform, to JCB Golf & Country Club to attend the 2021 event. The event was a huge success welcoming close to 3,000 spectators for the one day event where Gemma Dryburgh was crowned Champion.

From County Council liaison, ticket platform creation, parking strategy and signage implementation, Bailey International Golf Consultants used their significant industry experience to deliver this event to the public for its clients and shareholders.
